I am installing a trutrak gemini into my zenith 601 HDS. Currently I have ipad mini running foreflight with a stratus 2S…I would love to be able to use foreflight to drive my A/P but I doubt the programmers will ever allow the ability to do so. I’m not an Apple fan at all, but I like the refined interface of foreflight. Anyway, is there a list of 3rd party apps that can drive the A/P? I’ve used Avare in the past and according to their literature, it should work, but I would have to use my phone (Samsung S8) or buy an android tablet…are there any for the ipad? Also, what additional hardware/software is needed to interface with the A/P?
