I’ve heard that using a splitter on a dme antenna works better than rabbit ears on glare shield. Makes sense since the transmitters are on the ground and the dme antenna is on the bottom of the airplane. So the question is which of the two antennas do I need to hook to the DME antenna, what kind of adapter do I need to connect to an existing antenna?
