Help Wanted - FlightBox Tech Support

I started Open Flight Solutions as a part-time business in January of 2016. At the time, I expected to remain small. Happily, it grew much faster than I expected. By May it had become my full time job. Today we have over 2000 customers around the world and I need help. I’m no longer able to keep up with the volume of emails, calls, texts, forum posts, and blog comments that we receive.

I am looking for a part-time tech support technician. If you’re good with computers, tablets, and airplanes and would like to earn some extra income helping pilots out with FlightBox, please respond. This will have to be on a contract basis - I’m not ready for the book-keeping that goes along with employees. It can be on your own schedule - we will set up a system that allows users to book time slots to talk.
